Hummus
1 can garbanzo beans (low sodium) drain half of the liquid
1-2 cloves garlic--squeeze in garlic press
2 TBS tahini (ground sesame seeds)
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
salt to taste
Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
THAT"S ALL THERE IS TO IT!!
