Cheesy Bacon Potato Soup
Saute: 1 cube butter and 1 onion, chopped
Add: 8-10 potatoes, cubed. then ad water almost to top of potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Add: 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 cups cheese, 2 TB. parsley, 1 cup bacon bits (Costco) or real bacon, cooked and cut up, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup milk, Salt and pepper to taste.
Stir to combine, Heat through. Serves 8-10.
